All orders are subject to availability and are subject to acceptance by Us. As a guideline, the average time for delivery is 1 working days for normal delivery. For delivery we’ll use First Class Royal Mail. At the moment we offer free shipping for standar UK delivery - Royal Mail First Class. For First Class Recorded the shipping fee is £3.50 Europe shipping - £10.5 using Airmail Royal Mail International Signed for, trackable Worldwide shipping (USA, Australia, Canada) - £14.50 using Airmail Royal Mail Signed for, trackable Every effort is made to ensure that our estimated delivery times are met; however, occasionally delays in delivery due to unforeseen factors are inevitable. TTeodora shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods within our estimated delivery times.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. We can ship only to one address each time you checkout. Delivery will be made, Monday to Friday, to the address you have indicated. The delivery address must be the same as the invoicing address. TTeodora reserves the rights to select the transporters and organises for transport.

We decided to use Royal Mail for delivery as it is quick and easy. If you are not at home to receive the delivery Royal Mail will leave a card saying that a delivery was attempted. You can collect the parcel form your local sorting office which is much closer than most of couriers depots.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days, counting from the date of reception of the article, to return it for a refund. If you have changed your mind, if the items received do not match the description given or if they are defective. You will be refunded within 7 days, counting from when it is received. Please note that the original delivery cost (if charged), cannot be reimbursed. Should you have any queries or claims regarding returns please send an e-mail to the following address: enquiries@tteodora.co.uk. or call 0207-411-9036 We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged. You may Cancel an order and obtain an exchange or refund any time within 14 days after receipt of Products. The web shopper has 14 days, counting from the date of reception of the article, to return it. After this date, the items shall be deemed to have been duly accepted by the customer and TTeodora shall reserve the right to refuse to offer any exchange or refund. Goods must be returned in their original condition.
